Off-Road Riders Association (ORA) is a grassroots, not for profit club formed to create a positive, long-term future for the off-road community.
Our primary purpose is to promote the interests of those who enjoy outdoor motorized recreation in the Black Hills and Grasslands of western South Dakota.
Through our ongoing educational programs and partnerships, we encourage safe, environmentally sustainable riding practices and cooperation with other motorized and non-motorized users of our public lands.
